You guys are the greatest!  I have never been much to send fan mail or complaints either come to think of it.   But once or twice a decade, somebody performs to such a high standard that I cannot resist.  I ordered my router at about 4PM on Saturday, took advantage of your free shipping, and it was delivered here in Connecticut Monday morning at 10AM.   That would be outstanding service, even on a weekday!  I was already at work when it arrived, my totally non-technical wife was able to connected her laptop, our 3PC's and a printer.   She had the whole thing humming along nicely when I arrived home thanks to your outstanding tech support.   She claims that your tech (Karrie ?) had things rocking in about 2 minutes.  It is just nice to have a real person answer the phone instead of a machine.  Too bad more internet merchants don’t measure up!   Thanks again, Pete and Patty in CT  5/28/09

What a company! Right from the start! I was greeted by your sales lady who was a wifi guru if there ever was one. I am strictly an amateur so I used really, really amateur pharaseolgy to describe my needs. She recommended the CTR 350 and gave me enough info that I suspected that it might work. Work!?!?!?! Wow. In less than five minutes, I had my AT&T aircard plugged into the unit, my desktop cabled by ethernet cable and my laptop humming like a busy bee all over the house. My very own "hot spot" and way out in the Texas boon-docks. It made my 3G connection perform and serve as I would have never imagined. I must say that it's a greatest thing I've bought in long time! Thank you very much for shipping to Russia! Working great with AnyDATA ADU-520A USB CDMA 1x EV-DO Rev.A 450MHz with SkiLink network; and Merlin XU870 express card with Beeline network. Both works perfect without additional settings. I have installed router at my car and I have disabled Internet access password and added MAC address of all my devises (carputer, notebook, PDA and SMC wireless Skypephone) - all connects automatically. I use Internet from router even outside car at a short distance - at the restaurant for example. Great! Andrey 1/27/09

I did not check ahead for compatibility with my cellular connection, when the router came it would not work. I called WirelessNWifi, the lady I spoke with was exceptionally nice and sent me the model that would work for me and only charged me the difference and no shipping charges and told me to just send the other one back. They even updated the device to include the latest firmware and they included the rebate info with an extra copy of the receipt so I didn't have to make a copy to send with rebate. Good price, quick filling of order, and rapid response to combine two orders. In a separate mailing they send a manufacturer's rebate coupon. What more could one ask? Only on-line store that,can and will provide tech-support but delivers a perfect ot of the box product that just plugs into the router and works with no configuration, If you need a working 3-g router this is the only place I'd shop. Micky 11/30/08

Wow!!! I live on a farm, no cable service. I got a Sprint 595U card. That solved the no service issue. Then got married, and the wife had to wait for me to get off the computer to check her email. I ordered the CTR 500 on Saturday afternoon, it was in my mailbox Monday morning!!! 30 minutes later I had wifi to my NEW IMac (yes, I'm proud! 500GB HD, 4GB Ram), and my G4 Powerbook! Yippee! I will like to congratulate you guys on the Cradlepoint I got recently. I placed the order and got it in (2) days via US Postal priority in Puerto Rico. I plug-it-in plugged my Sierra 595U Sprint card and connected it to my Apple's Time Capsule with an Ethernet cable and instantly was sharing the internet connection with my staff. The enclosed check is for services rendered! Last weekend I contacted your toll free number and your tech support person spent at least 25 minutes helping me update and connect my MBR1000. The reason I am sending this check is I have felt guilty all week, as I bought the router from someone else. The place I purchased may be experts, but their expertise does me no good whatsoever if there is no one answering the phone! Your guy (Dennis?) seemed pretty expert to me, indentified a corrupt firmware file, walked me through the download and update process, as well as helping me connect 2 laptops and 2 desktops to the router. If no one had answered the phone who knows when I would have finally made contact with the store I bought from, since I work in a secure facility where phone access is very limited. Your customer service rocks! I was completely ticked off after talking to Sprint Advanced Technical Support and the lady on the other end telling me their USB modems are not supported for accessing the internet with a router. We were in the process of canceling the wireless service with Sprint when I called your customer support person. Thankfully they were answering calls at 10:30 pm mountain time. The gentleman, after directing me to the router setup page, informed me the new firmware had not been loaded on the router. He also instructed me on how to download and install the new firmware. I was up and running within 5 minutes. What do those Sprint Advanced Technical Support people know? Obviously nothing. Thank you again for all your help. Leslie C 7/7/08
